I have not had any problems using it with my Intova camera but a friend tried it with his Sony U/water camera set up and could not get it to synchronise

i bought an intova ic 800 last november and have had mixed success with the camera.
after purchasing the strobe though almost all my shots have been keepers as compared to maybe half before.
the strobe has four setting giving ample power to shoot fish and what have you up to about twenty feet.
the strobes light is powerfull enough to “freeze action” for picture perfect underwater shots.
the built of the strobe is solid and with good workmanship.
highly reccomended especially at its price point.
