  1. First, you need to see what type of memory card you have. Once you know that find a card reader compatible with your card, plug it into your usb port, open “my computer”, and drag the files from the drive that your card reader is on..it might be F but if you roll the mouse over the letter it will tell you if its the card reader. If so, drag the folder(which contains your pictures to your desktop) and voila..its on your computer. From there, move the pictures to wherever your heart desires. I hope this works for you.

  2. I read the spec for ViviCam 5386 and I found out the camera uses SD memory card and the camera connects to PC via USB port and all cameras have USB connection cable

Get your user manual if you have it or go to the manufacturer site and download it. Read the section which talks transferring pictures to PC. The reason I say this, there might be buttons or switches you have to turn.

Turn off your camera. Get the transfer cable and connect the camera to the PC (USB) port and turn on the camera. There will be a pop out window and copy the pictures. Once you finished copying, stop the connection on the lower left side of the task bar. Turn off the camera and remove the cable.
    Again see the user manual.

If you do not have this cable you have two options with your SD memory card:

    1) If you have newer model PC (assuming desk top), remove the SD Card and plug it to the appropriate slot and there will be a pop out window and copy the pics.

2): If you do not have a SD card slot in your PC, buy a SD Card Reader from best buy or circuit city. I would buy a multi memory card reader (for future) if money is not tight.
Remove the SD card and plug it to the reader. Connect the reader to the PC or lap top USB port and there will be a pop out window and copy the pics.

    You are done
