Guitar Natural Harmonics – I’ll Bide the Rain
I wrote and recorded this a VERY long time ago, using an old Fuji digital camera, and just found it tonight. I played all four parts, and the lead (shown) is all natural harmonics on a Giannini classical guitar that I got in Brazil. Slightly out of sync... but with the extremely low quality, it doesn't make that much difference.
You can sense (if you want to) a little of what was going on in my life at this point as you listen...
Casio DG-20 Digital Guitar
This is my 14th birthday present -- a Casio DG-20 midi digital guitar which I'm now selling in auction on eBay. It's a classic of its time -- odd selection of beats and instruments to make a sound all of its own but (and this is the best bit), it's also a midi controller so you can make it control any instrument you want.
Bob Dylan – Tangled Up In Blue – Blood On The Tracks – Standard Tuning – Mini Guitar Lesson
Bob Dylan Tangled Up In Blue - Blood On The Tracks. A short excerpt and mini lesson showing a variation on this song using standard EADGBE tuning. It is normally played in open E tuning with a capo. The final part (30 seconds or so) is designed as a kind of visual lesson / tutorial showing the chords used :- A major ... A sus2/sus4 ... G major ... D major ... E major ... F# minor I play the A sus2/sus4 as 0/5 4/4 2/3 3/2 0/1 (numbers indicate fret/string) This was recorded 14 August 2009. Equipment: Yamaha FG-332, Sony Digital Handycam.

Bamboo Whistle and Guitar
I shot this direct to video on my $100 Vivitar digital vid camera. The whole thing was played live into my soundboard and output through a single powered speaker so that I could get the reverb/delay effect. I was in such a small space that I got some feedback from my voice of all things. I've been working on this as an opening to a live performance I have coming up. I liked it so much that I decided to record it. www.myspace.com/thomdugganmusic
