  1. They haven’t fixed the clicking yet with the 5n model……can you trust them?

  2. This is why Sony isn’t popular in the DSLR market: they advertise their cameras for hobbyists. Look at the A77 for example: they marketed A77 as a revolutionary camera boasting high numbers in megapixel rate and burst rate. But hands on none of the features work well. The pictures are undersaturated and buffer for busting lasts 1 second. I have to say I really like the NEX but I’d rather go for a DSLR for better performance.

  3. This camera is now in new york ?

  4. @Toddmars fair point, but if I paid a grand for a camera I’d go for the fuji (which isn’t a camera you can judge on paper) or a Nikon D7000 with a decent lens… both of which are great camera’s

it is all about personal preference though :) )

  5. @lukejohnspencer check out the specs bro. The size of the sensor and picture quality!

  6. that thing is fuck ugly! You can buy a fuji x100 for £800 including the lens- why on earth would you want this??

    Great video though man :)

  7. I’ve ordered mine already with 18-55 objective.
Trading in my Nikon D300 + Nikor objective + Nikon flash for this.

  8. @onecrazydimaggio defanetly nex 7 or 5 depending on your fancy (sorry for spelling)

  9. the nex 5, nex 7 or samsung nx200..which one ???? going to purches one soon.

    please respond!

  10. Great video; thanks. Thumbed up.

  11. It isnt 1200 quid it is only £982 with the lens

  12. olympus e-pl2(or e-p3) + panasonic lumix 20mm f1.7 + olympus vf-2 evf = awesome

  13. Damn good camera! But for £1200 i would rather get the Sony A65! :)

  14. @yoreckable1 1200 pound is quite expensive, can buy nikon d7000 perhaps?

  15. @wertuiking no, 1200 pounds is much more than 1200 dollars

  16. @Lofote not “one company”
    THE Company.. ;-)

  17. @moonboots69 So you are a blind follower of one company? Thats not really good…

  18. should be 1200 us dollar right ?

  19. when Canon start making these mirrorless systems, then i’ll take note.. til then it’s DSLR all the way.

  20. Is the rubber on the viewfinder removable so i can fit the camera in my pocket with a pancake lens?

  21. That price is wrong. It’s £1150 with the 18-55mm. But it will probably end up being less than £1000

  22. @Mozo901 thanks my bad i mean ILC cameras i’ve decided to go for the NEX – 5N brilliant camera fixes all the issues the NEX -5 had. OLED Viewfinder can get as an add-on. NEX – 7 is awesome though in the future i’ll just upgrade to whatever Sony releases if needed,

  23. @devilmaycry383 well this is not a DSLR…next best thing though. Looks awesome! You should check out the Canon t3i….another awesome camera if your looking for a real dslr

  24. Thanks for summing that up! I guess I’ll get the NEX-5 for now and when I need a better upgrade then move up to NEX – 7 or whatevers out by the time since I’m new to DSLR cameras.

  25. @devilmaycry383 We were as surprised as everyone about the high launch price of the NEX-7 and definitely agree that Sony risk pricing themselves out of the reach of a lot of interested customers, but it is a new tech always got a way of starting on the top end models and filtering it’s way down to more affordable devices. We were very impressed by the NEX-7 though so if you can afford it then from what we have seen so far you wont be disappointed.
