   @PhuckYuew Thank you so much!! I really appreciate the help/ you were right when you go the full 64 it distorts the picture. I am throwing myself into learning this camera. Thanks for the help and the beautiful videos.

   @MsPassionplay press the Menu button than go all the way down until you see the toolbox click on it & you will see the settings for digital zoom change it to precision & that’s it, but I wouldn’t use precision zoom unless I had to because you lose quality when you go into precision zoom. for pictures it’s best to use Smart zoom & just lower the MP because the lower the MP the more zoom you get with Smart Zoom without losing too much quality.

   @PhuckYuew Hi love this video, as matter a of fact your zoom played a large part in my purchasing this .camera. my zoom is so disappointing as I bought this for a cruise i am taking.. I have looked all over but I cannot find how to set the bottom (total novice) for precision zoom. Can you please tell me how to do it? Thank you so much

   @toto99303  it works at night also , you have to set the zoom to Precision Zoom so it can go to 64X

    I have this camera, but at night the zoom is not enough to get such an image. You shot this in daytime, great video!
