@jimmyruffin1066 Excuse me, but, would buying a different battery help stop the over heating? And what if the sensor does shut down, if I restart it, will it be fixed? I want to buy an A55, but I want it to be ready for anything. Video or photos at any time.

i have this same time and my videos look very grainy
pictures are good
but quality of video is terrible
i dont know if its the settings or the program i use to convert the videos
can anyone help me out here please

love my a55, done all my videos on it, shame the sensor shuts down when hot, but im hoping the a77 is sorted…will defo be buying one

Could anynody who has this camera give me information about anything on the A55? What do you like or dislike about it? Pros or Cons? Is it easy for a beginner (like me) to use with no problem?

Set it to L:16MP and it enlarges photos to A3+

@pilotanthony have a Minolta AF50 prime i used in school photography classes,if it works on the A33 or A55,i will use this more often
