Since there are no instructions specific to each camera, I initially thought the case did not fit my Samsung 620. There is a gray cushion ring that is inset into the barrel for the lens. Without removing this piece, the lens will not extend and will shut the camera down. By accident I found out that the piece can easily be removed thereby allowing enough room for the lens extension.
