Wow, that doesn’t sound good. Is this inherent in all SD chips? Is it safe to conclude that the video camera isn’t at fault but the chip instead?

Hi Lacersan, Thanks for you reminder and input. I have been remiss in not posting all that I experience. I used the camera daily. I have learned to work arouond the short comings. I wish it had a mic input but I knew that up front. The SD chip when taking out of the computer sometimes even with safely remove deleted the data. Also I format the whole SD Chip each time I unload the images. It says on the camera no data but unless formated it may be there and screws you up. Brian 713-467-3025.

Dear Brian I just got a sdr s150 Videos saved as .MOD files. Normal? YES How can I convert to a normal format? Yours Frieder
Hi, MOD is Panasonic. proprietary It plays on my computer. Upload 2 YouTube in MOD. When u edit w/ Adobe Elements change file name MOD to.MPEG Caution. You can destroy video images by not filing separately if taken on different days. Respond on YOuTube Change file name or place in different folder one will erase or the other.
