Dam you touchscreens why!!! Just make it oldschool with buttons and clickable mode dials , it’s more secure and you don’t have to fiddle with grease on your screen!!

@semikiwi
Agreed. I own the GF1 and have been twice even more happy with it seeing how they turned the GF2 and GF3 into touchscreen compact cameras. Exactly what I don’t want having used the GF1.

I am disappoint with both the NEX-C3 and GF3.
Maybe Canon might get it right this year or next year if they release a micro 4/3rds camera.

@wubai565 GF2 or GF3 would be the way to go for sure. Just make sure you get a 20 f/1.7 with it, that lens is superb. I love my GF2.

Very boring lady….

@IWANTNOMZ What makes you think Sony NEX C3 will give greater image quality? NEX series comes with poor quality lenses. I used to own a NEX-5 and had to return it because of soft images and chromatic abberation problems. Now I own an Olympus PEN and pretty happy with that.

Granted the new NEXC3 will give greater image quality, but in the long run what you really pay for in the Panasonic is the quickest AF system on the market.
Personally I enjoy the ease of use of the NEX series from Sony, I also like the fact that I can get an adapter and take on their A series of lenses.
I just really can’t wait to see what Tamron and Sigma start to produce for these compact system cameras.

Wow, she makes it sound so boring for what it is… >_<

@SMART599 because in my opinion it’s the best m4/3 camera for street photography.
July 23rd, 2011 - 10:48
@TheTcbrown
why on earth do you need 2 ???
July 23rd, 2011 - 10:59
I wonder if the touch screen is better quality than the GF2?
July 23rd, 2011 - 11:27
What’s up with the GF series going backwards? Glad I picked up a second GF1 when I did…
July 23rd, 2011 - 12:02
@MyWuffi as big as a DSLR..LOL… the camera body is half as thick as a DSLR… and speaking of thick thats exactly what your comment is
July 23rd, 2011 - 13:02
COME ON, why the 360p?
July 23rd, 2011 - 13:40
@JogBird YES BUT SONY HAS NOT OWN FLASH ..!!!
July 23rd, 2011 - 14:22
Nice little camera, but I’m really looking forward to the true GF1 successor which Leica have developed a lens for…
July 23rd, 2011 - 15:05
only 360p? that is even worse considering this is a camera and photography channel
July 23rd, 2011 - 15:09
to be honest, no offence, but I personally think that Panasonic is heading into the wrong direction in their micro 4/3 series………
July 23rd, 2011 - 15:56
no external flash !!!
together with the zoom lens it’s almost as “big” as an entry level dslr
what a useless toy …
July 23rd, 2011 - 16:53
NEX-C3 destroys this POS.. 16mp sensor vs. 3 year old 12mp, tilt screen vs. none. APSc is 50% larger, etc, etc.. this is DOA
July 23rd, 2011 - 17:43
they’ve hardly made any internal changes!! wtf was the point making this.
July 23rd, 2011 - 17:47
why is GF 2 more killer?
