Everything is apparently great and wonderful about this camera but reportedly sound quality for HD video is poor.

so what would you give the camera out of a rating of 1 being the lowest and ten being the highest??? can you give me the details fo this camera and all of that because i might wanna get it and it will be a big help please!!! thank you comment back

Yes it does have a macro setting, You can see on the pink flower I used the macro, and while I didn’t get super close it still caught a lot of the detail on the petals. If you keep still and make it focuses as you would like, it takes great macro pics!

i did not use my fz28 yet outside because I ordered a UV protection lens for the purpose of protecting my precious leica lens and at the same time may improve more on the photos. it’s winter and breezy, moisture might come to the lens. i ordered a multi-coated UV lens from our local store here. the one in panasonic is expensive and unavailable.

Thanks for the comments! Yeah those pics were taken before I really played with a bit more of the features, I’ll try to upload more cause I have taken much more since then.

nice pics dude….mine just arrived two days ago… havent tested that much yet. but im a fan of panasonic especially because of leica. leica lens rocks!
