I am looking for practical advice on Purchasing a Digital SLR Camera. It will be used for web photos of my products and in print in my new catalog(ability to Video would be very important with good sound)if possibe. This would be for web vids..price rang $600-$1200. seriously need a better camera.
Can anyone give me the name of a camera that records sounds good and distortion instead of just a fuzzy sound??? ( I play guitar so im wondering if there is a camera that gives off good sounds ) And also one that can record something good like if i wanna record of my TV?
Honestly, this is the way companies need to promote their business or website. The video informs, helps, and shows you what they CAN offer you, without forcing you to go to their site and buy. They don’t give half answers, but rather full basic answers. On a marketing level, great video.
Information was very basic though, and needed something with alittle more meat on it’s bones. Another video coming guys?
With DSLR, Unless you plan to spend over $3000 don’t buy any other model than the D40. Spend the money on a good lense. eg. a 18-200mm and a SB400 flash.
Dont go the D60, its almost the samea s the D40, but much more expensive. The money needs to go into the lense, not the body.
can someone help me what model to buy. i am a beginner leaving in Philippines and planning to buy one. but i get confused on what to buy. should i get the less expensive d40 or would i go for much higher d80. i went through a lot of sites and they all recommend the d80 for beginners. why? d80 goes for around $1000 ($1500 with a nice lens) convert it to peso, i should have an amount like less than a hundred thousand peso. wtf?!?!?! can someone help me please.
theres a lot more to cameras than this video shows. people buy slr`s not only because of interchangable lenses, they more than likely have better megapixel ratings and also a faster shutter speed so there is no delay.
theres a lot more to slr`s than this video states, its not just about zoom!!!!

Quite helpful. I’m thinking of getting a D40, and this has given me some helpful things to think about.
Is it OK to haggle on a camera in store?
