Fuji IP-10 Digital Passport Photo Printing System – Quick Overview

To get started, make sure there's no slack in the ink ribbon cartridge. Look for the arrow & slide it that direction into the right side of the printer. The paper trays cover needs to slide about ½ an inch before you can open it. Set the blank paper in the tray with the glossy side facing up. Rotate the lid closed, but don't slide it back. Then it inserts into the front opening on the printer. Connect the power & USB cables to the printer, then the smaller USB end goes to the camera. Power on the camera & push the Menu/OK button. Scroll down to Quality & choose 2M, then push Ok/Menu button again to set it. We're using a Free-Standing Photo ID Backdrop to shoot against. You could use any flat surface, just make sure that you are using a white or very light gray background that's non-reflective. Position the camera about 4 feet from the subject & use the zoom controls to fill the outlined shooting guide on the camera. The top of the head & chin should meet the outline. Then press the exposure button to take the shot. The IP-10's Easy Operation A mode automatically prints each photo stored in the camera, just by pressing the printer's PRINT button.
