The watch seems like a good watch, but it was too small for my wrist so I can’t wear it.

I have been a casio user for years. The price is so modest that I never replace a band or think of having it cleaned. I just throw it away and order a new one.

If you need a watch that is light, manly, and functional save your money and buy this watch. It is a classic that hasn’t been beat yet.

I first met my grandfather when I was 15 when my family visited the Old Country. He handed my mother a stack of bills, and told her to buy me a watch, because every man needs a good watch. My choice from the jeweler’s case was the Casio G-Shock. It caused a bit of a stir among my relatives. They asked, “Does he have trouble seeing? Those numbers are so big…” They were probably expecting me to pick something dressy or more formal.
My dad shrugged it off, “It’s the style for young people…”
My Casio G-Shock has been on my wrist for over 20 years. I haven’t tried to deliberately abuse it, but other than battery changes, and plastic casing changes, it’s still there.
Through sweat, dirt, bumps, knocks and drops, it’s nice to know that your timepiece can handle the accidents that happen.
Grampa would be proud.
Can’t find a new plastic casing, so I’m considering buying another just to strip the casing and put it on this one! It does look “Terminator” handsome with the STAINLESS STEEL body, but it’s less waterproof now, and I liked not having to worry about it.
