This product is great for the money. The seller send the item item in a very sturdy box. I will use it, but it was not what I was looking for, the problem is more with Amazon’s search engine and not the seller. I was looking for a watch with “dual alarms” when I was referred to this via the search engine. I missed the difference in the product description and ended up with dual time, which I did not want or need. If you do a search for “multiple alarm”, then the search engine brings up the correct listing, although there is not much out there for “soccer moms”, most multiple alarms are aimed at ‘men’ or the “elderly” which are over-sized and fairly unattractive and expensive.

I needed a small, inexpensive sports watch for use while exercising, and based on the the reviews this one seemed like a good candidate. Sure enough, the display was fine, and the band was reasonably comfortable for plastic. But the other day, for no apparent reason (in the course of routine use), one of the plastic corners that seat the watchband pins broke off. This basically makes the watch useless–even if I could find the plastic bit, I don’t think it could be glued securely enough to hold. And without it, there’s no way to reattach the band. I’m happy if I can get a couple of years’ use out of a cheap watch, but if the component quality and/or quality control can’t make it outlast four weeks, it’s not something I’d buy again.

I’ve bought this watch at least 3 times over the past 8 years. The controls make sense and always seem to work, the case is really water-tight and shock proof; I’m happy they put a 10-year battery in them now. My only complaints: the “crystal” scratches easily and the strap is annoying – if you trim it to fit your wrist, it comes undone. If you don’t trim it, the stiff end catches on things. Small price to pay for a seriously inexpensive, fully functional watch that survives just about everything. I’ll buy another when this one’s battery wears out!
